Choosing and booking your wedding cars should not be one of the major headaches of your wedding preperations. You should also be pleased to know that prices do not vary considerably, so if you find the car you like, you might not have to look any further.
When choosing the bridal car you need to have a good idea of how many people you are catering for. Normally, the parents, witnesses, bridesmaids, priest/s and important family members get to have a free ride:) Remember that the bridal car needs to have enough room inside to accommodate the bride and her father together with all the bridesmaids. This is definitely not a general rule, however, failing to do this means you will have to find alternate transport for them.
The trend nowadays is to go for a classic sporty car. Some argue however that nothing beats the feeling of cruising in a luxury car, at least once in a lifetime. If you want to go over the top, a stretch limo will do the trick.
Another issue which might have a bearing on what car to go for, is the weather on the day of the wedding. In the summer months, it is safe to assume that a convertible would be an ideal choice as it gives the bride the opportunity to parade the streets of the island and experience royalty for a few minutes. It is even more special if the wedding is in the morning. In cooler months, however, this might not be a good idea.
Considering that it is included in the price, some couples choose to keep the bridal car for their going away. This is not very common as it is customary for the newly weds to use their private car. Nevertheless, it is an option for those who want to leave the reception in style, as well as saving your private car from the traditional pelting with toilet paper and liquids, that necessitates arduous windscreen wiping in order to drive away!
